Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, a store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can assist you with an exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For the following items, we cannot accept returns:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been opened or used (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations
